Next winter a new night snow train will be running from Paris to Bourg Saint Maurice in France.

French tour operator Travelski have announced that the new train service will operate from 19 December 2025 through to 20 March 2026.

The train will leave Paris Gare d’Austerlitz on Friday evenings and depart from Bourg Saint Maurice the following Saturday evening, meaning that eight days on the slopes are possible.

The Travelski Night Express

The new train will be known as the ‘Travelski Night Express’ and will mean skiers can connect to the major resorts of Méribel, Val d’Isère, La Plagne, Les Arcs, Tignes, Les Ménuires, Courchevel and Val Thorens.

The service has been developed with Pegasus Trains and will have 660 berths, as well as a bar and restaurant car. It will have couchettes for 6 people in triple bunks.

A space specially designed for women traveling alone will also be available, as will private cabins for greater privacy and comfort.

“The launch of the Travelski Night Express offers an alternative to a public increasingly concerned about its carbon footprint, for which we have seen a growing appetite
